Founder, Coach & Trainer
Edward Sullivan is the founder of LeadWell, an executive coaching and training company serving a diverse range of clientele, from fast-growth start-up executives and venture capitalists to corporate clients.
Edward's 20-year long career has taken him around the globe, coaching and advising Fortune 500 executives, start-up founders, and heads of state of foreign nations on 6 continents. .
An expert in executive coaching, leadership development, and media training, Edward currently coaches and advises a wide array of start-up founders and executives in Israel, New York, Silicon Valley, and the Midwest.
He has worked in a multitude of operational roles, including Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing and Product, VP of External Affairs, and senior positions at various early and mid-stage start-ups. Prior to working in tech, Sullivan had a career as an international political consultant working along side James Carville.
After studying under Ronald Heifetz while at Harvard developing skills in the Adaptive Leadership model, Edward went on to train as a coach at New Ventures West Coaching Academy in San Francisco. He is currently part of the career development and leadership skills training team at The Wharton School.
Sullivan holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
